Fortunately for me, my day at the office is sitting in my race car for four hours at a time. It may seem grueling to most, but in all honesty, I love every second of it. The high temperatures that I encounter each day, which can absolutely reach up to 130 degrees in the car, are just something I have gotten used to over the years.

I have my helmet with an air vent blowing air onto my face, and that air comes from outside and passes through a small machine inside the car that cools and filters the air from the carbon monoxide. I always try and relax before a race. I do stretching techniques and like to zone out with a variety of songs off my itunes list just to get prepared.

As for skin care, I have a simple regimen, with a few go-to options that I rely on, as well as a few that my wife, Ashley, recently introduced me to.
Skincare
Lubriderm Daily Moisture Lotion: I use this as pretty much a daily moisturizer and keeps me away from dry skin.
Rhonda Allison Synergy A: The goal of this product is to strengthen the skin and reduce overall redness and inflammation. I also find it extremely helpful after long days on the track as it helps combat Ptosis (drooping eyelids) and helps me fight wrinkles.
Sun Protection
Elta MD: One of the products I have been recently introduced to is Elta MD. Its water resistant for 40-80 minutes, and lasts me all day on the track. It has been really effective so far.
Eye Care
I use Refresh Optive Eye Drops always!
Hair Care
Kerastase Shampoo and Conditioner: I use these to keep my hair strong.
