If you have rough feet or calluses, use a pumice stone two or three times a week. During your shower, let your feet get wet with warm water for a few minutes before using the pumice stone.
Wet the pumice stone and rub it gently on your feet. You can add soap to the pumice stone, if desired. Rinse and dry throughly.
